County remains committed to ensuring the Safe & Healthy transportation of our clients during the on-going COVID-19 crisis, staying Up-To-Date on the latest

CDC Rules and Regulations;

• As per the CDC's latest guidelines, Fully Vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance;
• Passengers that have been fully vaccinated for 2 weeks our more are NOT required to wear a mask in the vehicle.

 
Our dedicated team will continue to add additional precautionary steps to our cleanliness practices including; 

• Drivers will remain outfitted with masks and will provide extra for those who still need them;
• Hand Sanitizer & Disinfectant Wipes available upon request;
• Vehicles sanitized at the completion of each trip by disinfecting all contact surfaces;
• Physical contact will be avoided;
• Social Distancing will be practiced.

We also continue to keep our vehicles properly LICENSED and INSURED and hope the above and following information helps you to book your future transportation with confidence.

In NYS, a PROPERLY LICENSED "FOR HIRE" VEHICLE will have LIVERY, TLC or TAXI at the bottom of the actual vehicle's license plate indicating that the vehicle and it's operator are following the rules.

It is UNACCEPTABLE & ILLEGAL that some operators have RE-REGISTERED their vehicles with REGULAR PASSENGER PLATES and still provide "FOR HIRE" SERVICES. This also applies to Uber™ and Lyft™ drivers working independent of the ride sharing app, unless the above mentioned conditions are met. These practices give the operators the ability to offer the public what seems to be a "GREAT DEAL" when, in fact their operating costs are much lower because of their IMPROPERLY INSURED VEHICLES which puts you, as the passenger, at risk.

• Please don't be fooled by this practice;
• That "GREAT DEAL" they're offering is at the expense of your safety;
• Don't ASSUME that you've hired a PROPERLY LICENSED and INSURED VEHICLE until you check the PLATES;
• Protect yourself and your loved ones.
