Communication is key when planning a trip and Big Mike hit the mark! We’d been emailing back and forth and then I made the reservation through the website. When I called a few days before my trip to confirm there was an error where there was no reservation. I contacted Big Mike who was extremely accommodating and jumped in to get us to our destination! Top notch customer service! Big Mike makes any trip an adventure! He was on time, got us to the airport in plenty of time and made the 4am drive quite enjoyable with his friendly disposition and conversation. This will be our car service going forward and we will definitely be spreading the word!

 Big Mike and company add a human element to the entire experience. Big Mike is an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his crew are real, hardworking people who just make you feel comfortable every step of the way. My wife and I have had the pleasure of riding with Big Mike, Kevin and Ray 4 times this month…soon to be 6. 4 of the 6 were on a days notice and Big Mike came through. Don’t do that to him if you can help it! But, know that these folks do everything in their power to help you. We have a real family emergency on our hands and many last minute flights. The company I use to use pretty much dismissed me when I needed a last minute ride. Big Mike came through. To be treated with understanding and compassion is a God send. Excellent from start to finish.
Car is spotless clean like it’s brand new.

We enjoyed his company even at 5 am.

What a wonderful experience we had using this awesome company to take us to and from JFK. Big Mike was ultra punctual, arriving at our house 30 minutes before our scheduled pick up time. His SUV was spotless, had plenty of room for our family of 5, plus all of our luggage which included 5 large suitcases, and 2 small carry-ons. When we returned home from our trip, we contacted Big Mike when we landed. He had been tracking our flight, so he was waiting nearby and by the time we received our luggage, he was outside waiting for us! We will definitely be using this company again!

County Car Service and Big Mike were great! I was able to get from LGA to Long Island and back very efficiently and safely. Their cars were very clean and their drivers very punctual and safe. The cost was comparable to or lower than, and the service much safer than, a taxi, Uber or renting a car. I will book transport with them again in the future!

Big Mike is absolutely professional, punctual and honest.  I surprised my wife with car service out to the wineries and Greenport for the day. Mike was so laid back and flexible.  We told him where we wanted to go and he got us there.  He upgraded us to an SUV.  The SUV was spotless and smelled so good.  He cleaned in between each stop, even though it was still the two of us getting in and out. He is easy to talk to and we felt like we spent the day with our uncle.   We will be using him for all of our transport and car service needs.  We are upset we didn't know about him before our wedding! We have already recommended him to our family and friends.

He contacted me to confirm our pick up the day before our travel home and informed us that Kevin would be our driver home. Kevin was prompted and didn't mind the delay we had picking up our baggage. Big Mike is the best! He is courteous, gracious and sincerely wants your ride with him to be memorable. We used him to and from our Cruise ship in Manhattan. He was on time the ride was smooth and conversation flowed. When we got to our destination he pulled right up to the loading area found a porter unloaded our bags and off we went. Same on the way back we found a porter he loaded our bags spoke to Mike and told him where to pick us up. Mike loaded the car and off we went to head home to another pleasant trip. We were loyal to another company for over 20 years. When they forget to put you in their schedule (several times) it's definitely time to make a change. A friend recommended County Car Service and from the first time we used Big Mike we knew he was a keeper. He's always a pleasure to talk with.... time goes by super fast.... even in traffic. What's even better he ALWAYS COMMUNICATES! He confirms your reservations when you make them and then again the day before your pickup.
