These SERVICE TERMS (“Terms”) ARE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND COUNTY CAR SERVICE ("County") and governs your use of the services (“Services”) provided by "County."
"County" reserves the right to change or supplement these "Terms" at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the "Services" after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the "Terms" as changed or supplemented.
Please review these "Terms" fully upon your reservation confirmation. By using the "Services," you agree to be bound by these "Terms."
All "Terms" are subject to certain conditions and circumstances and will be enforceable at the sole discretion of "County's" management.

Any changes made to your trip after pick-up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from your driver or from "County" before proceeding on your way.

The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of your reservation. Additional fees for tolls, waiting time, additional stops and gratuities that were not quoted at the time of your reservation will increase your rate.

For scheduling purposes, the flight details provided at the time of your reservation will be considered your scheduled pick-up time. In the event your flight arrives earlier than scheduled, "County" will make every attempt, based upon scheduling and availability, to have your vehicle there for your early arrival.

When you reserve a “Meet & Greet Service” at the airport, the first half hour parking fee will be included in the $75.00 cost for this service. Any additional parking fees will be charged at the posted parking rates by the Port Authority.

Based on traffic, weather and road conditions of the day, your driver will make a determination of the safest and fastest route to your destination. Your driver may occasionally opt to take a toll route over a free route based on his knowledge and experience and will inform the passenger(s) of the route choice. Passenger(s) are responsible for any tolls incurred throughout the trip. Tolls may vary from trip to trip based upon the route taken.
Approximate tolls:
• for Manhattan – $20.00
• for Newark Airport / Bayonne Piers – $40.00

The default minimum gratuity is 20% and will be applied to all "Services" excluding Tolls and Parking Fees.

8.625% NYS Sales Tax will be added where applicable.

Waiting time charges are at the discretion of the driver and are based on the hourly rate of $75.00 per hour plus gratuity, to be charged at thirty (30) minute increments.
Waiting time charges may apply after the agreed upon complimentary waiting time has expired.
Waiting time charges may be incurred if a passenger arrives late to a scheduled pick-up.
Time spent waiting at additional stops may also incur waiting time charges.
We DO NOT charge waiting time attributed to delayed flights unless the following conditions apply;
• Flights that are diverted and are still scheduled to arrive at the original destination airport will incur a charge based on no less than fifty percent (50%) of the standard wait time rate per hour;
• Flights that are cancelled after the driver has arrived at the airport for the pick-up will incur a charge mutually agreed upon between "County" and the client.

Unless specifically discussed, the fare quoted does not include any additional stops made during your trip. Charges for any additional stops will be at the discretion of your driver and will be calculated by the distance deviated from the route between the original pick-up and the original destination.
Additional stop charges along your designated route range from a minimum of $30.00 to a maximum of $60.00 per stop plus gratuity.
To obtain an exact quote for additional stops in advance, please contact "County' to add any additional stops to your original reservation.

"County" will confirm your transportation service with the designated contact for your trip within forty eight (48) hours of your reservation. If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your reservation, you must inform "County" upon receiving this confirmation.
"County" requires that all cancellations MUST be received by phone, text or email no later than twenty four (24) hours prior to your pick-up to avoid being charged.
• Any cancellations received less than twenty four (24) hours but more than six (6) hours prior to your pick-up will result in a charge of no less than fifty percent (50%) of the confirmed rate as quoted on your reservation to the Credit Card provided at the time of your reservation;
• Any cancellations received less than six (6) hours prior to your pick-up will result in a charge of one hundred percent (100%) of the confirmed rate as quoted on your reservation to the Credit Card provided at the time of your reservation;
• All No-Shows will result in a charge of one hundred percent (100%) of the confirmed rate as quoted on your reservation to the Credit Card provided at the time of your reservation.
All payments are refundable in full if cancelled more than twenty four (24) hours prior to your designated pick-up time. Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process the refund.

All deposits made towards your reservations are Non-Refundable if cancelled less than twenty four (24) hours prior to your pick-up for Airport and Point to Point "Services". Special Events(i.e. weddings, proms, hourly as directed "Services") have five (5) days prior to the event to cancel or one hundred percent (100%) will be charged to your Credit Card. However, if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, "County" will hold your deposit as a credit to be used towards any future bookings within one (1) year of the original booking date.
For PRE-PAID reservations, "County" reserve the right to give NO REFUND if cancelled less than twenty four (24) hours prior to your pick-up time. However, under certain circumstances, please contact "County" as we might be willing to give you a partial or full refund in the form of a travel credit towards any future bookings within one (1) year of the original booking date.
All No-Shows are Non-Refundable.

For all reservations, you must supply your Credit Card information in advance for verification. By providing your Credit Card information on our secure online portal or over the phone, you electronically sign and authorize us to process a payment. This is for reservation purposes only and does not constitute payment for the trip. An actual Credit Card may be presented to the driver at the time of pick-up. The driver may ask for additional identification to ensure the validity of the Card. If you do not have your Credit Card with you and wish to pay by Credit Card, please inform your driver at the beginning of your trip and we will charge the Card provided at the time of your reservation, that you’ve electronically signed and authorized, for the service rendered amount.
"County" accepts all of the following Credit Cards for payment:
• American Express®
• VISA®
• MasterCard®
• Discover®
If you opt to pay Cash, NO CHARGES will be made to the Credit Card you provided at the time of your reservation.

All transactions are handled in a safe, encrypted format by a secure server to ensure "County's" and our customers maximum security, and the assurance that your information stays confidential, private, and safe. We pledge to continually adopt new security technology as it becomes available.

"County" does not accept online-only, virtual credit cards or any other type of “single-use” card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online use. "County" shall not assume responsibility or liability in connection with the use of on-line only, virtual credit cards or any other type of “single-use” card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online transactions. "County" shall have no obligation to honor transactions made with such cards.

Please read your confirmation email carefully, making sure you have the right information as to date, time, locations, number of passengers, amount of luggage, type of vehicle, contact person and rate. If "County" doesn't not hear back from you upon your receipt of this confirmation email, "County" will take this as everything in the email is accurate as you requested and you accept our policies as follow;
1. All deposits/pre-payments are Non-Refundable if cancelled less than twenty four (24) hours prior to your pick-up. Payments are refundable in the form of a transportation credit if cancelled less than twenty four (24) hours but more than six (6) hours prior to your pick-up. Cancellations less than six (6) hours prior to your pick-up and/or No-Shows are Non-Refundable.
2. "County" is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown during transport and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date.
3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage(s) to the vehicle caused during the duration of the transport by them or any members of their party;
a. Any/all costs incurred for repair/replacement due to damage(s) caused as a result of the client(s) negligence will be borne solely by the client(s);
b. In the event that a client or any member of their party vomit during the transport, the following cleaning fees will apply;
i. Outside vehicle incidents - $200.00 for exterior detailing;
ii. Interior vehicle incidents - $500.00 for interior detailing, disinfecting, deodorizing.
4. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
5. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
6. Smoking is NOT permitted in our vehicles.
7. We love pets, but pets are not allowed in our vehicles(with the exception of service animals) unless prearranged at the time of your reservation.
a. In the event that your pet has an "accident" during the transport, the following cleaning fees will apply;
i. Interior vehicle incidents - $500.00 for interior detailing, disinfecting, deodorizing.
8. Complimentary Wait Time;
a. Domestic airport pick-ups have up to thirty (30) minutes complimentary waiting time from the arrival (gate) time;
b. International airport pick-ups have up to sixty (60) minutes complimentary waiting time from the arrival (gate) time;
c. Cruise Port pick-ups have up to thirty (30) minutes complimentary waiting time from the schedule pick-up time.
9. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).
10. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicles.
11. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
12. Default airport pick-up is outside (curb-side) unless requested at the time of the reservation to send the driver inside (baggage claim). "Meet & Greet Service” will be an additional $75.00 plus gratuity and any additional parking charges after the first thirty (30) minutes.
13. If the driver is unable to contact the passenger or designated contact person after thirty (30) minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a No-Show and will be abandoned. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying "County" will result in a one hundred percent (100%) No-Show charge.

County Car Service and its Affiliates are not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans or losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances can include, but are not limited to, causes beyond our reasonable control, acts of God and Nature, acts of terrorism, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flat tires, flight and weather delays. County Car Service's liability for all causes whatsoever arising shall be limited to your actual damages, in an amount not to exceed the sum of all charges paid by you for the transport.
COUNTY CAR SERVICE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION OR CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATION, AND OTHER TORTS.
YOU AND COUNTY CAR SERVICE, EACH UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THESE REMEDIES, EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS ALLOCATE THE RISKS OF SERVICE NON-CONFORMITY AS AUTHORIZED BY THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. COUNTY CAR SERVICE FARES FOR SERVICES REFLECT, AND ARE SET IN RELIANCE UPON, THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND THE EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE BY COUNTY CAR SERVICE.
